Terms of Claims
- There is a 1 Year warranty on this product.
- Warranty claim is something that happens to the item over time. If the item arrives damaged, but is simply not reported within 30 days, that is not considered a warranty claim.
- All damage/defect claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. We will not honor claims after this period.

- Carrier used on the shipment.
- Images of the original boxes of the shipment showing SKU # and proof of delivery or a UPS/FEDEX labels.
